Emily Burns is an HR Account Manager at InnoSource, where responsibilities include sourcing talent for a Fortune 500 tire and rubber company, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process since May 2018. Prior to this role, Emily served as the President of the Akron Student SHRM at The University of Akron, leading meetings and networking events from June 2018 to May 2019. Emily's experience also includes HR and benefits internships at Kenan Advantage Group and BWX Technologies, where tasks involved supporting HR departments, coordinating benefits, and assisting with onboarding processes. Emily holds a degree from The University of Akron, obtained in 2019.
