Griselda Cortés Díaz is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, currently serving as the Senior Engineering and Project Manager at Innophos since January 2021, where responsibilities include project planning, budget management, and postmortem analysis. Previous roles encompass Project Manager positions at Coca Cola FEMSA, responsible for managing manufacturing projects across 22 plants; International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), overseeing project management, finance, and logistics; and AstraZeneca, where project portfolio management was key. Other significant experiences include leading projects at Grupo Nacobre, Pemex, Sanofi, Eli Lilly and Company, and Siemens.
