Sarita Badoni currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Innominds since July 2023, focusing on talent development across the organization. Prior to this role, Sarita held the position of Deputy General Manager at iLenSys Technologies Pvt Ltd from February 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading the HR and Admin function and building a competent HR team. Sarita's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at HCL Technologies from January 2008 to February 2018, managing a wide range of HR operations and transformations. Early in the career, Sarita worked as a Human Resources Executive at Aspire Systems from 2005 to 2007, overseeing recruitment during the company's inception. Sarita holds a B.Tech degree from Bharathiar University and an M.B.A. with a dual specialization in HR and Finance from SOM.
