Rajya Lakshmi Achanta is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Innominds since 2007, Rajya previously held the position of Director - HRM at Avineon India Pvt., Ltd. from 2001 to 2007 and worked as Officer - HR at Aditya Birla Group between 1995 and 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources from Osmania University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology from XLRI Jamshedpur.
