Elena Massucco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate innovation and organisational design. Currently serving as Managing Director - Corporate Services and Global Managing Director at Innoleaps since October 2021, Elena specializes in corporate accelerators, intrapreneurship, venture building, and open innovation, focusing on creating sustainable innovation cultures and high-performance teams. In addition, Elena is a Role Model for Inspiring Girls International, promoting aspirations among young girls globally. Previous roles include Head of Consumer Sector at Kinneir Dufort and various account management positions at mango consulting ltd, adm Group Ltd, and Maxx Marketing. Elena holds a Master's degree in International Management for Japan from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Università degli Studi di Torino.
