Matthew Thompson is an experienced professional in business development and engineering, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Innoflight since January 2022, focusing on integrating advanced systems with legacy hardware for enhanced safety solutions. As the Founder of Safe-T-Flight since January 2017, Matthew has dedicated efforts to developing and distributing safety products for General Aviation. Prior roles include managing technology development and production at Rock West Composites and overseeing program management at Simulations LLC. With a solid background as General Manager at Graupner/SJ USA and prior engineering positions at Vector Composites and SolAero Technologies Corp, Matthew has cultivated expertise in composites design and fabrication, bolstered by formal education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and project management training from San Diego State University.
