Rodalyn Valencia-Arante has over a decade of experience in project management and technology roles. Currently a Project Analyst at Innodata Inc. since June 2012, responsibilities include serving as a liaison between programmers and business entities, gathering requirements, and preparing User Acceptance Tests. Previously, at PILIPINAS TELESERV INC. from July 2009 to February 2012, Rodalyn held positions as a Workforce Officer, monitoring call queues, and a Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications account. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies with a major in Information Technology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, obtained in 2009.
