Dhayanidhy Pazhaniandy is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and middleware technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer at American Airlines since January 2022, Dhayanidhy also holds a position as a Senior Software Engineer at InnoCore Solutions, Inc. since April 2016, where responsibilities include implementing SOA applications on the IBM WebSphere middleware stack. Previous roles include Tech Lead at Tech Mahindra Americas, Software Consultant at CGI, Software Developer at Mastech Digital, Application Developer at IBM India Pvt. Ltd., and Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems, all emphasizing the design and development of SOA modules and back-end databases using Oracle. Dhayanidhy holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2007.
