Eline Madrona-Baudron has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Eline started their career at Coface as an Underwriter in 2001. Eline then worked at Danone as a Brand Manager Assistant for LU PEPITO, followed by roles as a Brand Manager for LU GRANOLA and LU Petit Ecolier. In 2009, they joined Mondelēz International as a Senior Brand Manager for LU Corporate. Eline later worked at Mondelez International, FRANCE as a Chef de Groupe-Brand Equity Manager for Mikado and a Chef de Groupe Senior for Côte d'Or Chocolate. Eline then joined Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits Group as a Global Brand Director for Liqueurs, then as a Global Category Director/International Marketing Director for White Spirits & Liqueurs, and ultimately as the Sales Director for Western Europe/Middle East/Africa/Duty Free. Eline'smost recent position is with innocent drinks, where they serve as the Marketing Director for Western Europe, overseeing a team of 25 and driving regional and local P&Ls. Eline'sachievements include revenue growth, brand strategy reset, and leading change within the team while maintaining the company's culture. Eline's skills and competencies include storytelling, business turn around, team building, and project management in a matrix organization.
Eline Madrona-Baudron studied at IAE Aix en Provence from 2002 to 2003, earning a DESS in Marketing Appliqué. Eline also achieved a score of 640 out of 800 on the GMAT (81st percentile) and a score of 267 out of 300 on the TOEFL.
