Jeff Norton serves as the Vice President of Strategy at Innocean Worldwide Canada, a position held since January 2011. In this role, Jeff leads the planning practice for strategic initiatives, encompassing budget setting, KPI development, and marketing strategy formulation for brand launches and campaigns. Additionally, Jeff oversees research processes and analyzes sales trends to aid in strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Jeff was an Account Planner at Innocean, contributing to Kia’s unprecedented sales growth in 2013. Earlier experience includes a similar position at TBWA\Toronto, where Jeff was instrumental in the successful launch of the Nissan X-Trail in Canada. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Guelph.
