Jill Pool has extensive work experience in creative resources and services management. Jill began their career at Young & Rubicam in Irvine in 2000, where they served as a creative services manager for five years. Jill then joined david&goliath in 2005, working in the same role for over a year. In 2006, they moved to Saatchi & Saatchi, initially serving as a creative services manager and later taking on the additional role of creative recruiter. Since 2012, Jill has been with INNOCEAN, where they currently hold the position of VP, Creative Resources.

Jill Pool attended Arizona State University from 1994 to 1998. Jill pursued a degree in psychology with a focus on social and industrial psychology. Additionally, they had a minor in Spanish and business.
