Maglin Mandro began their work experience as an Operations Intern at Springworks in November 2021. They held this role until January 2023. They then transitioned to become a UX Designer at Innive K12 360° starting in March 2023.

Maglin Mandro completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, which lasted from 2016 to 2021. As an additional certification, Maglin obtained a Diploma in UX Design and UI Design from Edit Institute in January 2023.
