Delphine Ruysschaert currently serves as Directrice de projet SIRH at Inniti, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Delphine worked at Nibelis from September 2015 to December 2023, where roles included Directrice de projet SIRH and Chef de projet Paie, encompassing complete project management and implementation processes. Delphine's educational background includes a Master in management des ressources humaines from EFFICOM, a Titre II in Paie et comptabilité from EFC Formation Ecole Française de Comptabilité, a Licence in Gestion des ressources humaines from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a BTS in Comptabilité et gestion des organisations from Lycée Gaston Berger.
