Heather Gillespie currently studies Professional Cookery at Glasgow Clyde College, starting in August 2021. Since November 2017, Heather has served as Head of New Product Development (NPD) and Purchasing at The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company Ltd, after previously holding the roles of Head of NPD, Supply Chain & NPD Manager, and Operations Manager at the same company from March 2008 to October 2017. Heather earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) Hons from the University of Glasgow from 1991 to 1995.
