Isabell Kurzthaler has worked as a Lead Training Project Specialist at INNIO Group since December 2020. In this role, they manage international training initiatives, advises departments on training solutions, prepares training content, and implements training measures. Prior to their current position, Isabell was a Project Manager for Startup Programs & Network at Destination Wattens Regionalentwicklung GmbH from March 2017 to November 2020. Isabell also gained experience as an Assistant to the Management at La Loupe in 2015, a Coordinator for Volunteer Management & Marketing at Innsbruck-Tirol-Sports GmbH from April 2015 to January 2016, and an Intern for Marketing & PR at COMEO Werbung PR Event in 2013. In addition, Isabell completed an internship for Business Plan Preparation at polychromelab in 2013. Isabell also held various jobs and internships during their school and university years at Divers from January 2007 to March 2012.

Isabell Kurzthaler completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourismus und Freizeitwirtschaft at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2011 to 2014. Isabell then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Strategisches Management im Tourismus at the same institution from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, Isabell also briefly studied Tourismus & Freizeitwirtschaft at Universitat de Barcelona.
