Andrea Hoess is a Senior HR Manager at INNIO Group, overseeing HR functions for Global Sales Support, Project Management, Communications, Legal, and HR since November 2018. Prior to this role, Andrea served as a Senior HR Manager at GE from February 2005 to November 2018, where responsibilities included leading HR projects for the Distributed Power business and managing the Communications function. Additional roles at GE encompassed Compensation & Benefits Manager for Austria and Switzerland, where Andrea developed and implemented HR compensation and benefits processes, and HR Manager for Commercials, focusing on business partnering and organizational effectiveness. Andrea's early career includes internships in teaching and HR, as well as a contractor role at the University of Innsbruck's Center of Strategic Management and Leadership. Andrea holds a Master's degree in International Economic and Business Studies and Economic and Business Pedagogic from Universität Innsbruck and has completed an academic year abroad at the University of Växjö in Sweden.
