Rayniel Perez has seven years of work experience. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Manager at Taco Bell. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a Front Office Supervisor and Lead Concierge. In 2018, they worked at the Miami Anatomical Research Center (MARC) Institute as a Lab Technician and at Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing as a Lab Assistant. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Cook Medical as a Product / Process / Validation Engineer. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Manufacturing Engineer. Currently, they are working at InNeuroCo, Inc. as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer.

Rayniel Perez obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Engineering from Miami Dade College in 2014, after attending from 2010-2014. Rayniel then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Florida International University, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification in May 2017 and a CSWA certification from the SolidWorks Authorized Training Centre in August 2016.
