Mrunmayi Adawadkar has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology. Mrunmayi is currently working as a Senior Consultant Psychologist at Amaha (formerly InnerHour) since December 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as a Psychologist in private consultation, where they collaborated with a psychiatrist and provided psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to adults and adolescents. Mrunmayi also served as a Psychotherapist at Cure.Fit from October to December 2020.

Starting in August 2018, Mrunmayi worked as a Clinical Psychology Trainee at Amity Education Group until September 2020. During this time, they gained experience in the field of clinical psychology. Mrunmayi also served as a Trainee at Regional Thane Mental Hospital from August 2018 to March 2020, where they further developed their skills.

Mrunmayi also worked as a Clinical Psychologist Trainee at NH SRCC Children's Hospital from September to November 2019. Additionally, they have previous experience as a freelancer content writer at WittyPen from March 2016 to August 2018.

In their early career, Mrunmayi worked as a Field Investigator at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital from November 2017 to July 2018. Mrunmayi also served as an Intern at Kaveri Gifted Education Center from April 2016 to April 2017, where they conducted research and documented the Gifted Nurturing Program. Moreover, they interned at Regional Mental Hospital Yerawada, Pune for a brief period in March 2017.

Throughout their various roles, Mrunmayi has gained experience in psychological assessments, diagnosis, therapeutic services, and research documentation.

Mrunmayi Adawadkar completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Fergusson College, University of Pune from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2015 to 2017. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University.
