Alba Estevez Rodicio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Focus Organisation, representing various brands. Later that year, they joined Adecco as a Recruiting Assistant, where they likely assisted with recruitment processes. In 2020, Alba interned at GenScript Europe as a Human Resources Assistant, gaining practical experience in HR tasks. Alba also interned at Danone Nutricia Research as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they led and organized various HR activities and projects, including creating a pilot project during the COVID-19 pandemic to support interns' well-being and enhance their networking experience. Alba further expanded their skillset at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen as a Coach Volunteer, and currently, they hold the position of People and Culture Manager at Innatera Nanosystems.

Alba Estevez Rodicio completed their Master's degree in Work, Organizational, and Psychology from the University of Groningen between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Psychology, earning a grado en Psicología from Universitat de les Illes Balears from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their academic degrees, they obtained a certification in the Unthink Women's Leadership Programme from Unthink in April 2022.
