Kaarta Maron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and administration. Currently serving as VP of Operations at InnateIQ since January 2024, Kaarta has played a pivotal role in enhancing profitability and efficiency for digital manufacturers. As Chief Administration Officer and Chief of Staff at Windpact since 2015, Kaarta has contributed to the company's founding and growth, focusing on strategic planning and market development. Kaarta's advisory role at the Smithsonian Institution includes participation in an innovative exhibition at the National Museum of American History. Previous experience includes serving as Business Manager for Shawn Springs and as Executive Director of Springs For Life Foundation, where Kaarta made significant contributions to at-risk youth. Early career achievements include coordinating community relations for the Seattle Seahawks and media relations for the Seattle Sonics and Storm. Kaarta holds an MBA from William & Mary’s Raymond A.
