Katherine Lim is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and leadership roles. Since May 2019, Katherine has served as a Lead Engineer at Innablr, following a progression from Senior Engineer. Katherine is also the Founder of Lateral Blast, established in July 2012. Previous positions include Systems Engineer and Site Availability Performance Engineer at REA Group (October 2015 - May 2019), and Systems Engineer at Coles (September 2012 - October 2015). At Monash University, spanning from 2000 to 2012, Katherine held multiple key positions, including Senior Systems Engineer and Acting Team Leader roles. Katherine's career began as a Computer Operator at Sportsgirl Sportscraft Group Pty Ltd and as Director at RGB Pty Ltd. Katherine holds an Honours degree in Computing from Monash University, earned between 1997 and 1999.
