Carlos Krohmer serves as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and a member of the Management Board at Colonial since January 2009, overseeing corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, controlling, investor relations, and ESG coordination and reporting. Additionally, Carlos holds positions on the Investment Committee and the ESG Committee at Colonial. Since April 2014, Carlos has been a Board Member at SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise) and has served as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of the Kreis deutschsprachiger Führungskräfte since April 2015. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at CRITERIA Caixa Corp., where Carlos played a key role in an IPO and led corporate development and controlling in real estate investments. Carlos's academic credentials include degrees from the University of Mannheim, Harvard Business School, and various executive education programs at prestigious institutions, enriching a professional journey that spans over two decades in corporate finance and real estate.
