Guilherme Silvestre has work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. Guilherme began their career at EMPAX - Peeqflex Indústria e Comércio Ltda as an Estágio em Sistemas from October 2017 to March 2019. In 2019, they joined Inmetrics as a Software Tester and later progressed to the role of JR Software Test Engineer from August 2020 to June 2021. Currently, they hold the position of PL Software Test Engineer at Inmetrics starting from June 2021.

Guilherme Silvestre completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from Centro Universitário Senac, which they attended from 2017 to 2019. Guilherme also obtained a certification in Scrum Foundation from CertiProf in March 2019.
