Erika Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erika started their career as an Operador (a) Central de Atendimento at Unibanco-Uniao De Bancos Brasileiros from August 1999 to June 2004. Here, they gained extensive knowledge in customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
Erika then worked at Banco Santander from November 2006 to October 2011 as an ASSIST CLIENTES, where they further honed their customer service skills and acquired experience in sales and product promotion.

In 2018, Erika joined Inmetrics as a Software Test Engineer, further expanding their expertise in software testing. Erika then joined Neon in August 2019 as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer, where they continue to contribute their testing skills.

Erika Almeida attended Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo from 2001 to 2005. During their time at the university, they pursued a degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Information Technology. Their field of study focused on Information Technology.
