Jessie Wilder's work experience begins in 2006, where they started as a Benefits Processing employee at Ceridian. Jessie then advanced to the role of Operations Supervisor, managing a team of 15 and overseeing client records and payment processing. Jessie also developed SOPs, conducted trainings, and led performance reviews.
In 2014, Jessie transitioned to the role of Product Specialist at Ceridian, providing strategic support to clients and improving product usability and functionality. Jessie also collaborated with stakeholders on product roadmaps, pricing, and communications.
From 2015 to 2018, Jessie took on the position of Senior Internal Communications Consultant at Ceridian, where they led internal communications for the Global Sales department, optimizing seller performance and contributing to revenue growth and improved employee and customer experience. Jessie also created and implemented a new sales weekly publication that was recognized as a best practice.
In 2018, they became the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant (Global) at Ceridian, overseeing the company's DEI strategy and managing the success of Employee Resource Groups. Jessie also wrote and published DEI-related communications.
In 2020, Jessie joined Inclusion Health as a Contributor, before transitioning to Meritain Health as a Senior Salesforce Communications Specialist. Here, they specialized in Salesforce communications for a year before joining Inmar Intelligence as a Senior Salesforce Adoption Manager in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager, Salesforce User Experience and Adoption at Inmar Intelligence.
Jessie Wilder, CDP (she/her) has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida, which was obtained from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they attended Villanova University, focusing on Human Resources Management, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from there. Jessie also holds several additional certifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Inmar Intelligence acquired in November 2022, Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander from LinkedIn acquired in June 2020, Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI acquired in June 2014, and Certified Diversity Professional from The Society For Diversity acquired in July 2020.
