Jeffrey Dwyer started their work experience in 2015 as a Web Programmer at Lynchburg College. Jeffrey then became an Undergraduate Intern at Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2016, where they worked in the HPC-DES division and conducted research on the practicality of using VR headsets. In 2020, they joined Inmar Intelligence as a Software Engineer.

Jeffrey Dwyer attended Watertown High School from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a High School degree. Jeffrey then enrolled in the University of Lynchburg from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
