Becky Carico has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Becky has most recently worked at Inmar Intelligence as a Manager of Content Marketing, where they developed and implemented marketing initiatives for the company's Supplytech division. Prior to this role, they held positions at Hafele America as an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, where they developed corporate messaging and created marketing campaigns. Becky also worked at High Point University, first as an Admissions Marketing Services Coordinator, where they produced marketing communications and publications, and later as a Communications Specialist for the Office of Communications, where they developed and distributed communication materials and secured media coverage for the university. Additionally, they gained experience in the media industry as a Production Assistant at WFMY News 2, where they provided camera and audio operations, edited news packages, and contributed to the station's website.

Becky Carico earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from High Point University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Inmar Intelligence in July 2023.
