Andy Royall has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software engineering and teaching. Andy worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Inmar from August 2014 onwards. During their internship at Inmar from May 2014 to August 2014, they focused on Android development and was responsible for analyzing crash reports, implementing fixes, and developing new features for a legacy application. Andy also customized the application for use as a demo within the company. Before joining Inmar, Andy worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Math Center Tutor at Wake Forest University from August 2011 to May 2014. In this role, they graded assignments, quizzes, and tests, tutored students in calculus, and graded assignments and labs for programming courses using various languages such as Java, Python, VB, and C++.

Andy Royall has a Bachelor's degree in Computational Mathematics from Appalachian State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Andy then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University from 2011 to 2013. Andy further pursued higher education and obtained a second Master's degree in Computer Science from Wake Forest University from 2013 to 2020.
