Frances Fernandez is an experienced professional in early childhood development and intervention, currently serving as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator at Inland Regional Center since April 2021. Previously, Frances held the position of Child Development Specialist at FINE Infant Program from July 2016 to August 2020.
