Joey Cupo is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in customer solutions and large-scale operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Site Director at Inktel Contact Center Solutions since July 2020, Joey previously held the position of Director of Customer Solutions at Lee Enterprises, where notable contributions included serving as Chairman of the President's advisory committee and implementing programs to enhance customer experiences. Joey also directed customer experience efforts at The Tampa Tribune, overseeing a large team to improve customer retention. Earlier experience includes managing operations at Telespeak Contact Centers of America BPO, where leadership resulted in significant cost reductions and enhanced service delivery for Fortune 1000 clients. Joey holds a degree from Purdue University Northwest.
