Ivette Araica Chamorro has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the General Controller at Inkia Energy since May 2016. In this role, Ivette is responsible for developing and managing the controller area, strategic alliances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX. Prior to this position, Ivette worked as the General Accountant at FUNDENIC from October 2009 to August 2013, where responsibilities included project development, budget control, and financial statement preparation. Ivette holds an MBA from INCAE Business School and a degree in Public Accounting and Finance from Universidad de Ciencias Comerciales.
