Doug Shields started working as the VP Sales for Ink Systems in May 2019. In the same year, they also took on the role of Grown Sales at Color-Box/Georgia-Pacific from May 2019 to September 2022.

From 1980 to 1981, Doug Shields attended Ferris State University, where they studied in the Graphic Arts/Printing Program. No degree was obtained during this period.
