Amanda Hatch is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in systems analysis, business process management, and claims training. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Injured Workers Pharmacy since December 2010, Amanda has held multiple roles within the organization, including Manager of Business Process and Project Management and Business Process and Project Lead. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Sequest Healthcare Billing as a Senior Claims Specialist and at Hill Associates in various positions related to accounts receivable. Amanda's career began at Windham Professionals as a Revenue Processing Clerk and included experience as a Receptionist/Assistant Manager at Hair N' The Works. Amanda is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University and holds an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Northern Essex Community College.
