Jess Marquez is a seasoned professional in people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Injective Labs since September 2022. Prior roles include Operations Manager for People at BELLA loves me and Operations Associate focusing on People at Nautilus Labs. Jess began a career trajectory in organizational development as a Learning and Organizational Development Senior Associate and Associate at Clover Health, following earlier experience as a Concierge Care Advocate at Oscar Insurance, and as an English Teacher at Home to home - Language immersion experiences. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts from Saint Peter's University, completed in 2013.
