Samer ALmadhoun has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Samer started their career as an IT Support Engineer at Kawkab AL Omnyat General Trading LLC in Dubai from May 2014 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for installing computer hardware and software, performing maintenance tasks, and providing technical support for software reconfigurations.
After that, Samer worked as an IT Marketing professional at Bader Altamam from November 2018 to March 2019.

Samer Almadhoun earned a BSc in Computer Engineering from Kirovograd National Technical University in Ukraine, from 2002 to 2007. In addition, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification from Microsoft in December 2020, the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2020, and the CCNA certification from Cisco in August 2020.
