Lindsey Haywood serves as the Global Head of Marketing at Inizio Engage since November 2020, following a diverse career in marketing and communications roles. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Director of Digital Marketing, PR, and Communications at MAKE UP FOR EVER from July 2011 to November 2020, managing various digital initiatives and community engagement efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Communications Associate at Sanofi and as an Account Manager for SEPHORA at Zak Communications, focusing on public relations strategies. Lindsey has also contributed to the SBDC Sonia Balazovjech Dance Company as a board member and company member, promoting education and awareness for community charities through dance. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, with concentrations in Marketing, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship.
