Josh Ensell has over 15 years of work experience in various industries and roles. Josh is currently the Global Head of Change & Workforce Transformation at Inizio, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Black & Veatch as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Talent Strategy from August 2019 to January 2023. Before that, they were a Sr. Manager at Grant Thornton International Ltd from June 2017 to August 2019. Josh also served as a Strategic Pricing Manager at SVT.LLC from June 2016 to May 2017. Josh began their career as an Accounting Intern at US Steel in July 2007. Josh then joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant in July 2008. Josh'slongest tenure was at Galt & Company, a boutique management consulting firm, where they worked as a Strategy Consultant from May 2013 to June 2016. In this role, they advised Fortune 100 companies and led projects to develop strategies and organizational capabilities for profitable growth and long-term shareholder value.

Josh Ensell attended the University of Notre Dame from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
