Jim O'Connell is an experienced Information Technology Compliance Manager at Inizio since May 2023, previously serving as a Junior Project Manager and in various PMO roles at Civica from March 2017 to May 2023. Responsibilities included managing transformation projects for infrastructure, overseeing the Operational Change Work Programme, and ensuring project governance and reporting. Prior experience includes roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where contributions were made to the Williams & Glyn Programme, and Whitbread, where Jim led a team in a management capacity. Jim began a career in IT project support at BP. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Hertfordshire.
