Ross Smith is an accomplished leader in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and VP of Professional Services at Initium SoftWorks LLC since February 2016. Prior to this, Ross held the position of Director of Professional Services at MTS Software Solutions since May 2015, focusing on the operational leadership of ECM Services Groups. A significant portion of Ross's experience was gained at Fiserv, where from March 2001 to May 2015, responsibilities included directing ECM Professional Services and managing a team of Implementation Consultants. Earlier in Ross's career, between 1994 and 2001, Ross worked as the Document Management Product Manager at GTE, overseeing the selection and enterprise-wide deployment of ECM solutions. Ross holds a degree from St Petersburg College.
