Alis Tufenkchyan, M.A., is a skilled professional with a diverse background in peace studies, program development, and youth facilitation. Currently serving as a Peace Ambassador and Partnerships Development Coordinator at the Institute for Economics & Peace since July 2020, Alis also contributes to Initiatives of Change as a Creators of Peace Circle Facilitator and program developer. Alis has academic experience at the University of Sydney in postgraduate peace and conflict studies. Previous roles include youth facilitator at Play2EDUCATE, project management intern at Bertelsmann Foundation, and various positions at the University of Düsseldorf, including academic advisor and co-author. Alis holds a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney and two degrees from the University of Düsseldorf in Media and Culture Analysis and Media and Cultural Studies.
