Nihar Bhagat is a professional with a strong background in data management and business intelligence. Currently working as a Manager in Business Intelligence and Accountability at Initiative since April 2022, Nihar previously held the position of Senior Associate at Mindshare from October 2019 to April 2022. Nihar's experience includes a data internship at charity: water, where responsibilities involved extracting, cleaning, and organizing monitoring survey datasets using RStudio and Microsoft Excel, as well as creating visualizations for project performance analysis using Looker. Nihar also gained research experience as a Student Research Assistant at Pace University. Nihar holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology.
