Andrew Sather is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital innovation and management. Currently serving as Principal and Part-Time Expert at Initialized Capital since October 2017, Andrew previously held leadership roles such as CXO and CEO at SPAN Digital Innovation from May 2013 to December 2020, where the firm specialized in developing digital products for a diverse client base. Andrew co-founded Gild while serving as CCO from March 2009 to May 2010 and was CEO of Goldenbleu from June 2006 to February 2009. In academia, Andrew was an Associate Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on preparing graphic design students for their careers. Early in the professional journey, Andrew co-directed operations at Sapient as Senior Vice President and founded Adjacency, serving as Creative Director and CEO, contributing to the evolution of multidisciplinary digital methodologies. Andrew holds a BS in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design and an additional degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
