Emily Yancey has worked in a variety of roles across two companies. Emily began their career in 1996 at Creative Memories as a Senior Unit Leader and Independent Consultant. In 2014, they joined Initial Outfitters, Inc. as an Outfitter Manager, and later became an Outfitter Leader.

Emily Yancey attended Furman University from 1984 to 1988.
