Chaz Watson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Initek Consulting since 2020, Chaz previously served as Lead Software Engineer at Phone.com from 2017 to 2019, where significant transformations in engineering and marketing practices were conducted, including a migration to Python-based AWS Lambdas. Prior to this, Chaz held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Verizon Networkfleet for a decade, overseeing Agile team transitions and the development of mobile applications. Chaz began their career as Chief Technology Officer at Meridian Mortgage & Realty, where technology solutions were tailored to meet business needs. Chaz holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
