Silvana Halili has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, spanning over several years. Silvana recently joined Inigo Insurance as the Head of Finance in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at StarStone Insurance from 2019 to 2021 as the Group Financial Controller. Before that, they held the position of Head of LSM Legal Entity Reporting (Interim) at Liberty Specialty Markets from 2017 to 2019. In that role, they were responsible for internal and external reporting for various entities. Prior to Liberty Specialty Markets, they worked at BUPA as the Global Solvency II Reporting Lead from 2016 to 2017. Silvana'searlier experience includes working at Aspen Insurance as the Head of Technical Accounting from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for regulatory reporting and designing accounting policies. Silvana started their career at Ernst & Young in 2006, where they worked as a Manager and handled statutory and regulatory audits, as well as provided technical guidance for both UK GAAP and Solvency II implementations in the insurance sector.

Silvana Halili completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Finance at Brunel University London from 2002 to 2005.
