David Dionne is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience as a Licensed Realtor at Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage since August 2018 and as a Sales Associate Realtor at INI Realty Investments, Inc. since December 2014. David specializes in various areas including buyer representation, listing services, purchase loans, and mortgage planning. Prior to venturing into real estate, David worked as a Rail Road Designer/Inspector at HDR from August 2007 to June 2014 and was a Real Estate Investor at HHTA LLC during the same period, focusing on rebuilding homes to support the American Dream. David holds a Bachelor's Science Degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Jacksonville, earned between 1997 and 1999.
