Ashley Ching is the Founder and CEO of Inhaven, established in July 2022, which focuses on enhancing the B2B e-commerce landscape for the rental property industry and advancing hospitality standards to elevate guest experiences. Previously, Ashley served as Head of Merchandising at The Company Store within The Home Depot from June 2019 to April 2021, and held multiple senior roles at Tiffany & Co. from October 2006 to June 2019, including Senior Director of Global Merchandising Operations and Americas Merchandising. Earlier career experience includes a position as Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from August 2003 to October 2006. Ashley Ching earned a degree from Denison University in 2003.
