Ashley Wells is an experienced design and real estate professional, currently serving as the Design Lead at Curly Willow Design Studio since September 2022 and as a Real Estate Broker at Inhabit Real Estate LLC since January 2021. With a strong background in product development, Ashley has effectively managed the lifecycle of over 200 styles per quarter at Old Navy, achieving significant cost savings and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Associate and Assistant Product Development Manager at Old Navy and Rainbeau, respectively, where Ashley demonstrated expertise in managing production timelines, product costs, and quality assurance. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University and an Associate of Arts in Merchandise Product Development from FIDM.
