Kristina Fox has extensive work experience in the music industry. Kristina started their career at the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music, where they worked as an Assistant to Facilities/Stage & Technical Director. Kristina then worked at the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association as a Patron/Audience Services Representative/Box Office before interning at the Ojai Music Festival.
In 2008, Kristina joined Musicians Institute as a Scheduling Assistant and later became the Lead Scheduler. Kristina was responsible for coordinating faculty schedules, creating class offerings, and facilitating scheduling requests.
In 2012, Kristina joined Warner Music Group as a Digital Production Coordinator, where they tracked release schedules and ensured the accurate delivery of digital releases. Kristina also managed iOS and Android app production for all WMG labels. Kristina later became a Manager, Digital Products, overseeing record label release schedules and managing app production.
In 2017, Kristina joined Universal Music Group as a Sr. Manager, Global Asset Preservation & Analytics. Kristina oversaw asset preservation operations and collaborated with multiple business units to improve metadata and asset capture.
From 2018 to 2022, Kristina worked at Alternative Distribution Alliance as a Sr. Director, Label Operations and later as VP, Label Operations. In these roles, they oversaw label operations and managed the distribution of digital media products from label request to delivery.
Currently, Kristina is working at Ingrooves Music Group as a Sr. Director, Label Support.
Throughout their career, Kristina has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and operations skills in the music industry.
Kristina Fox received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music from the University of the Pacific, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Kristina then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from California State University, Northridge, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
