Emily Ward has over a decade of experience in marketing and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience & Product Marketing at Ingram Micro since November 2014. In this role, Emily leads a team to transform customer experiences through data-driven marketing strategies and high-performing campaigns. Previous positions at Ingram Micro include Senior Manager of Marketing, where Emily focused on eCommerce and digital marketing, and as a Digital Marketing & Event Services Manager, developing industry-leading programs and collaborating on innovative customer engagement strategies. Prior to Ingram Micro, Emily held various roles in marketing and project management at Bond Brand Loyalty and BMO Financial Group, emphasizing relationship management, campaign execution, and budget oversight. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing Major from York University and a Business Marketing degree from Humber College.
